A cloud POS and shop management platform for small retailers in Sri Lanka, built at Aetheron Works. Grocery stores, mini marts, hardware shops, clothing stores, bookshops and print shops record sales, stock, customer credit, supplier deliveries and daily cash in one connected workspace, on monthly packages from Rs 2,000 with cloud hosting and platform maintenance included.

approach

An Angular 22 single-page app that runs in the browser on a computer, laptop or tablet, served behind nginx and backed by an ASP.NET Core API with session sign-in and antiforgery protection. Each business gets its own centrally stored workspace, and owner, manager and cashier roles plus the agreed package decide which modules each person can use.

functionality

Sales & receipts

Barcode or product search, cash, card and split payments, discounts and tax breakdowns, held sales, returns, refunds and a receipt for every sale.

Products & stock

Prices and barcodes in one catalogue, CSV import and export, stock movements, low-stock and reorder levels, and stock counts with adjustment history.

Customers & credit

Purchase history, account sales, recorded payments and credit limits keep every customer balance current, with loyalty points and customer groups.

Purchasing & suppliers

Purchase orders, goods received against a supplier, supplier statements, payments and returns keep incoming stock and supplier balances together.

Daily cash

Opening float, cash in and out, a note-and-coin count and a closing report compare expected totals with what is in the drawer.

Staff & attendance

Every team member gets their own access under an owner, manager or cashier role, with the hours they worked recorded.

Expenses & reports

Shop expenses, daily sales and payment breakdowns, stock value and profit and loss reports, with supported reports exported as CSV.
